FAQ

What OS options are there?
We provide the following  list of operating systems (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Debian, CentOS, Gentoo, Suse, Fedora, Redhat, Ubuntu, and Windows 2003 Server).  Upon request we can provide access to an IPKVM for installing your custom OS.

How do I cancel?
We are sorry to see you go!  To cancel please send an email to support@server-logix.com with your client ID, server Ip and request a cancellation there.

Can I have additional IP's?
You can use as many IP addresses as you can justify up to 64. Please contact sales@server-logix.com for larger IP blocks.  We have very strict IP usage requirements that you must adhere to, but additional IP addresses within reason can be provided at minimal cost. For larger blocks of IP space, additional charges may apply.

Do you allow IRC?
Yes we do, however your server will be responsible for any traffic or abuse notices.

Do you allow Adult content?
Legal adult content is allowed on our servers and network. All content must adhere to our AUP and all applicable US laws. Server-Logix may require the customer to provide documentation meeting the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 for their review. Any customer found to be in non-compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 or any other applicable law may have their account suspended or revoked without warning at our sole discretion.

How long does it take to get my server after I place the order?
After your order has been placed, we begin the work on getting your server configured exactly as you ordered as quickly as possible. Most server are online in less than 24 hours. However, depending on hardware availability and software requirements, it might take slightly longer.  For VPS you should be online within 6 -12 hours. 

What control panels do you offer?
We offer Cpanel($35), DirectAdmin($15) for servers and Cpanel($10), DirectAdmin($8) for VPS.

What is your money back guarantee?
Within the first month you may cancel if your server deployment exceeded 48hours for VPS and 72 hours for your server without a prior agreement.  The prior agreement relates to when a service is backordered but you instruct us to go ahead with the deployment.  In addition, you may request a refund if your downtime >1 day in the first month (subsequent months are based on a credit system) or is materially different than your ordered product and has not been rectified within 24 hours.   Please note that once there is a request to refund that is subsequently withdrawn, we will not entertain another request. 

What is your remote monitoring?
Due to be launched once testing is completed (expected Feb 1, 2007) we provide http and ping monitoring with email alerts free of charge from 3 locations.  Please contact Sales for more information.
